FREE AGENCY
Combine invites are evaluated and given draft grades by MLB scouts
Players are then added to a draft pool, awaiting the MLBy draft
All undrafted combine invites are added to the Free Agent roster
FA's are placed in Budget Tiers based on their draft grades
Teams are assigned to a Budget Tier and can only sign those FA's
Budget Tiers promote league parity and utilize the full Free Agent roster
Free Agents can play for multiple teams in a season
Free Agents can be signed to a team's practice squad
Free Agents stats are tracked and recorded for all games played
